New Dorf on Law Schedule

Starting today, the default weekly schedule for Dorf on Law will have Michael Dorf publishing on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays; and Neil Buchanan returning to a twice-weekly schedule on Thursdays and Fridays. Other Dorf on Law bloggers will replace Dorf or Buchanan on an unscheduled basis, and breaking news (e.g., a Con Law case being decided on a Thursday) can always change the schedule.
